Two Battle Creek Men Arrested With Guns & Ammunition
An investigation into an overnight shooting led to two Battle Creek men being taken into custody.
On Friday morning, at approximately 2:25 a.m., Calhoun County Sheriff Deputies initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on Upton Avenue and West Dickman Road in the City of Battle Creek.
The vehicle matched a description of a vehicle involved in a shooting in Battle Creek during the early overnight hours. A gun was located inside the vehicle as well as extra ammunition and drug paraphernalia. The male driver and male passenger are both 20 year old Battle Creek residents. Both males were lodged at the Calhoun County Correctional Facility for Carry Concealed Weapon in Automobile.
