In an incident that seems eerily similar to a fatal crash in June, two bicyclists were injured after a pickup truck plowed into their group Thursday in Kalamazoo County.

MLive reports that the crash happened around 7pm Thursday, at the intersection of N. 6th st. and Ravine Rd. in Alamo Township. Authorities say that the pickup truck hit 4 cyclists, sending 2 to the hospital; however, their injuries are not considered life threatening.

The pickup truck likely will have front end damage, so if you have any information please contact police or Silent Observer.

This crash is similar to one that occurred in Cooper Township June 7, where Charles Pickett Jr. allegedly ran into a group of cyclists, killing five and injuring four.  Pickett is awaiting trial on second degree murder charges.
