When we turn our faucets on, we expect the water flow to be clean and healthy. In fact, many of us don't even think about it - faucet on equals clean water.

So, when we contemplate what's gone on in Flint - that the water is not healthy - it is scary. But what happened? How did the problem occur? Could it happen in southwest Michigan too?
