Vice President Pence Visits West Michigan Today

Vice President Mike Pence arrives in the area later today.  Air Force Two will touch down in Kalamazoo and then the Vice President meets with some local conservative and faith leaders.  He then takes a bus trip that will end late afternoon in Holland. He’ll make several stops to meet with political operatives and area church leaders. The stop in Holland includes a public campaign event with former White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
The Vice President’s trip here to West Michigan points out the area’s importance to the campaign of President Trump.  The President is the first Republican to win the state since 1988. Many West Michigan communities are considered Conservative strongholds.  The campaign event in Holland gets underway  at 5pm.
