The politics of the water problems in Flint are often front-and-center. But what is actually happening in Flint? Are people getting clean water from their taps? What is at the center of the problem?

Reporter Jason Cooper of Townsquare Media station WFNT in Flint tells The Richard Piet Show some of the details of a failing infrastructure, a city that isn't as vast as it once was, and a scrambling to assist those who need it.

Late this week, Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette promised an investigation into the matter, and it was announced Governor Rick Snyder will ask the White House for federal emergency status for Flint.
