The Battle Creek Police needs the public’s help in looking for a man that stole two rifles from a local gun store.

The Battle Creek Enquirer reports that investigators learned the weapons had been taken from a business on Capital Avenue Southwest June 6th and was not discovered until five days later during inventory.

Authorities say that surveillance video captured the suspect walk inside the business, looked at several weapons, taking a youth rifle and stuffing it in his pants before leaving. The suspect returned 10 minutes later, wearing a different shirt and took another rifle in the same fashion.

The suspect is white man in his 30s with average build and either has light-colored hair or bald with sleeve-style tattoos on both arms.
