What’s My Home Worth? [AUDIO]

Ask most REALTORS and they will likely tell you the "what's my home worth?" question comes up almost everywhere they go. After the real estate bubble burst a few years ago, with values dropping, homeowners and potential buyers are busy trying to see an upturn in the market.

Kathy Perrett, president of the Battle Creek Area Association or REALTORS, tells The Richard Piet Show values are going up. She also offers some suggestions as to what buyers and sellers should ask a REALTOR if they are interviewing them to potentially work with them.
