Woman Can Block Fathers From Delivery Room

A New Jersey judge just ruled that woman can block fathers from being in the delivery room.

The judge stated “It’s well established under federal and state law that there is a privacy right when a woman’s in labor.”

In this decision it is believed to be the first time a father was told he did not have the right to know when his child was born.

Jeff Golden of Fathers & Children’s Equality says, “It’s a sad day for fathers, and for father’s and men’s rights.”
