Battle Creek Stabbing Suspect Caught

A person is behind bars after a Battle Creek stabbing this weekend. Friday night, around 11:30, police were called to a home on Green Street. A female victim was stabbed and treated on the scene. The suspect had fled by the time police got there, but an officer spotted the suspect hiding near Main St. and Yuba St. Officers were able to catch the suspect, and the Calhoun County prosecutor is reviewing the case.
