Community Steps Up to Help Fire Victims

They're all set on donations for the victims of the fire at Lakeview Meadows.   Karen Manney of the Region 3B Area Agency on Aging is based out of Burnham Brook.  She says Lakeview First Baptist Church is filled with clothing, furniture and other items.  But she says cash donations are still needed, and may be made at the Agency's office at Burnham Brook

Manney says the displaced residents all had a place to sleep, since the same night as the fire.   She says the post office has set up post office boxes for the residents, so they can still get mail.
