Marshall Ave Closed For Bridge Replacement Starting February 1st
A road closure in Marshall starting on February 1st For a much-needed bridge replacement at the Marshall City Powerhouse.
A press release stated:
Bridge removal and replacement with 48-inch pre-stressed concrete bulb tee beams and approach work on MarshallAvenue over Kalamazoo River in the city of Marshall, Calhoun County.Marshall Avenue between Homer Road and Clinton Street. Marshall Avenue will be detoured around using Michigan Avenue, Kalamazoo Avenue and Hughes Street.
The construction work will begin on February 1st but they could not give a date that the construction would be completed so be prepared to detour around at least through the summer of 2018. Here is an exact location of the work.
