More People Flying Grand Rapids

Record setting numbers were set in July, at the Gerald R. International Airport. The Associated Press reports that July was the busiest passenger month in history. On Tuesday, airport officials say numbers were up 1.7 percent from July of last year and that 238,237 people flew into and out of the western Michigan airport, last month. July of 2015 had been the previous monthly high at 234,282.
