Lakeview Ford has ventured back into the body shop business with a new collision center recently opened on site at Dickman and Washington in downtown Battle Creek. In this Richard's Ride Extra, we talked with director Kent Love about how damaged cars are repaired.

Gone are the days of worrying about paint matching. Now, sophisticated paint matching takes away concerns about new paint on a repaired area of your car matching the rest of it. We find out why in our video.

We also talk about the importance of education for collision repair professionals, as well as the contention that you have to go to a shop your insurance company recommends (not true!).
