Wiggly Tail: Adopt ‘Spit-Fire’ Marie

The Humane Society of South Central Michigan calls Marie, a Rat Terrier, a "spit-fire" of a personality!

When she visited us for Wiggly Tail Wednesday, she was a little shy at first, but it didn't take her long to point her tail to the sky and warm up!

A transfer to HSSCM from another shelter, it is thought that Marie was rescued from a bad situation - along with Donny, who may even be her son. It is also believed Marie was used for breeding at one time.

Doing well today, Marie has recovered from heartworm and now likes to run around and check out her surroundings, as well as cuddle up with her favorite people!
