Boys & Girls Police Training In GR

Grand Rapids Police are targeting young community members in an effort to inspire future law enforcement officers. The Grand Rapids Press reports the police department is expanding a partnership with Boys &Girls Club Youth Commonwealth Partners to start a new mentoring and training program. The six week program, which will include hands on training, will be run by GRPD officers and club staff.
