Court Orders Jason Dalton’s Confession Be Suppressed At Trial
More moves have been taken in regard to the prosecution of Jason Dalton. According to a release from the Kalamazoo County, Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, the Michigan Court of Appeals has issued an opinion, stating that Dalton’s statements to law enforcement should be suppressed. Dalton is charged with six counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder in a mass shooting at three different Kalamazoo County locations, in February, 2016.
