“Guiding Light” Star Robert Newman on WBCK Wednesday

Robert Newman joins Tim Collins on the WBCK Morning Show Wednesday at 8am.  

Newman played Joshua Lewis for 28 years on “The Guiding Light”,  the longest running program in broadcasting history.   That ended in 2009, but Newman is keeping busy and local theater fans and Guiding Light fans are thrilled that he’s back at the Barn Theatre in Augusta.

Newman will be joined by Barn Theatre owner-producer Brendan Ragotzy on the WBCK Morning Show after the 8 O’clock news on Wednesday.

They’ll talk about the upcoming Barn season.  Newman has two plumb roles on the Barn Stage, and will be joined by former Barnie and former Guiding Light co-star Kim Zimmer for one of them.
