3 Michigan Cities in the Top 100 of Cities in America With the Most STD Cases

If it will make your crotch feel any better, Ohio has 4 cities in the top 100 in America with the most STDs all of them are in the top 50. We knew all along those Buckeyes were dirty.

The Innerbody research team used the following criteria to determine which of the top 100 cities in America has the most STDs.

• Cities were chosen with at least 100K population or better
• Number of HIV Cases
• Number of Chlamydia Cases
• Number of Gonorrhea Cases
• Number of Syphilis Cases

#91 Ann Arbor

Michigan's Ann Arbor landed at number 91. There is a pretty big university in town with Michigan so that may have had a factor in the numbers.

#57 Grand Rapids

I was shocked to see Grand Rapids on the list, I thought for sure Lansing or Flint would have had more STD cases but I was way off with GR coming in at number 57.

#44 Detroit

I wonder if the D in D-town stands for dirty? Nonetheless, Detroit comes in as Michigan's number 1 city for STDs but number 44 in the entire United States. It's still better than our neighbors in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at number 7, Cleveland, Ohio at number 11, Indianapolis, Indiana at number 20, and Chicago, Illinois at number 41.
