A meteorite collector, from Arizona, has found success in Michigan. According to The Daily Courier, Robert Ward made the most recent addition to his collection of more than 600 meteors, this month. A meteorite was witnessed by several people, near Detroit. Using seismic data, witness reports and imaging from Doppler Weather Radar, Ward and others were able to pinpoint where some meteor fragments landed, in a frozen lake bed, near Detroit. The first of three meteorites found there were collected within 15 minutes of arrival.
