In spite of struggles from the Larry Nassar, sex abuse scandal, Michigan State University is expecting its largest freshman class, in their school’s history this fall. The East Lansing School says it’s projected to enroll 8,400 students for the 2018-19 year. The university says the incoming class also represents a jump in in-state students with 76 percent from Michigan, compared to 70 percent, last year.
