Preparation is Key When Visiting The Doctor About Dementia
Eleven seconds. That's the amount of time, on average, a physician will spend initially listening to a patient during a routine visit before they interrupt. So, based on that average, Miles for Memories suggests preparing to use the appointment time wisely, especially if dementia is a concern.

- Make a list of questions
- Bring a list of medications
- Bring a friend or loved one who can help with the details
