Armed Robber Sought in Battle Creek

Emmett Township Police are looking for the person who committed robberies on Sunday and Monday nights in Battle Creek.  The Emmett Township Department of Public Safety says their suspect was wearing dark clothing and a skeleton mask and used a handgun during the robberies. The first robbery took place at a business in the 1200 block of East Columbia Avenue on Sunday night and the next robbery took place on East Michigan Avenue near Raymond Road on Monday night. Anyone with information on either of the incidents is asked to call detectives at the Emmett Township Department of Public Safety at 968-9303.
