Battle Creek Boil Water Advisories For March 30

Another neighborhood is under a boil water advisory for today, March 30, 2016.

These boil water advisories are in effect while the City of Battle Creek conducts repairs on sections of the municipal water system.

According to a release from the City of Battle Creek, the affected areas include:

Hazel Street between Walter Avenue and Seedorf Street

Seedorf Street between Hanover Street and Congress Street

The city advises residents living in those areas to bring all water to a boil for at least one minute prior to drinking, cooking, and washing dishes until the advisory is lifted, as a precaution to prevent bacteria.
