A Lansing man has been charged with the weekend shooting death of his brother.
32-year-old Rahsohn Perry was arraigned Monday on open murder and felony firearms charges. He's accused of gunning down his brother during an argument early Saturday morning.

Police say Perry was arrested while walking down a street a few blocks from a house where 39-year-old Mike Jimenez was found with a gunshot wound to the head. Police said Jimenez was shot after the brothers got into an argument.

Perry is being held without bond in the Lansing jail with a preliminary examination set for November 21.
