One More Ex-Principal Pleads Guilty

Another ex-Detroit Public Schools principal has pled guilty for their role in a kickback scheme. A dozen principals and a district administrator have been charged of taking kickbacks from Norman Shy of Allstate sales. Shy, most of the principals and the administrator have already pleaded guilty. Willye Pearsail entered her plea on Tuesday, in a U.S. District Court in Detroit.
