One of Marshall’s dining treasures is Zarzuela, where they seek to bring you the flavors and colors of the Mediterranean. They definitely succeed!
Owner Richard Kane sat down with us on the Restaurant Road Tour and showed us some of their latest sensations, including the watermelon salad – watermelon with fresh feta cheese, cilantro and a touch of balsamic dressing.
Of course, Zarzuela’s famous bacon wrapped dates, stuffed with cheese are a major winner, along with the terrific fresh meat and cheese plate are great tapas selections – or appetizers.
Other tapas selections featured include the meat and cheese plate, calamari and a wonderful Pollo Rellena (stuffed chicken).
