Battle Creek Man Sentenced In Child Pornography Case

The Battle Creek man who set up sexual encounters with a 12-year-old boy for former West Michigan Christian radio host John Balyo was sentenced Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Grand Rapids.

Ronald Moser was given ten years in a federal prison for possession of child pornography and 25 years for sexual exploitation. The sentences will be served consecutively.

Balyo was sentenced last week to 40 years in a federal prison; he was sentenced earlier to 25 to 50 years in a state prison.
