Carter: $51M Helps BCPS ‘Double Down’ on What Works for Kids
Carter said the district can now "double down" on programs and methods they know work for children.
She also said "accountability is good," referring to the notion that the Kellogg Foundation will expect and require the district show how it is putting the funds to work, and what kind of outcomes are happening.
