A free recycling event for Calhoun County residents is set for Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bailey Park in Battle Creek.

Organizers ask that residents bringing items for recycling use the Wagner Drive entrance (westbound Emmett Street) only. Organizers have chosen this setup in order to maintain the best flow of traffic during the event.

Several drop-off stations will be set up for various items. Here's a look at what is accepted at Recyclerama, according to the Calhoun County Community Development Department:
