Detroit is the biggest city in the state and finds a way to make the best out of every situation. We have seen the city be one of the most bustling in the country and also go through bankruptcy as they try and survive. Now, the city is trending toward being in the top 5% in the country and as the sports teams get better, there have been more money flowing through the city, thus creating a better lifestyle for citizens.

Monroe Street Midway sits near the heart of the city and is one of the most intriguing parts of Downtown Detroit. There is plenty to do and see within the city limits, but the ever-changing display of Monroe Street Midway continues to draw a crowd season after season and year after year. Last year, the winter wonderland had families spending hours having winter fun, this year they are looking to do even better as many activities return and new attractions are presented.

Throughout the year, the Monroe Street Midway has different art experience exhibits that will be presented at different times of the year. They allow local mural artists to come and take over the space, bring in design and art companies, have immersive experiences and more. During the winter, they allow artists to come in and help transform the space into a winter wonderland.

Winning in The Winter

The Monroe Street Midway gives those who live in Detroit and the surrounding area something to look forward to when the cold weather and snow start coming around. Some people love the winter, while others could go without it, but almost everyone enjoys the Monroe Street Midway during the wintertime as they have something for everybody to love.

The Winter Monroe Street Midway is stocked with bumper cars, an arctic slide, an arcade, puck-putt, and more.
