These 7 Michigan Cities are the Prettiest for a Short Fall Trip
It’s no surprise that Michigan is one of the main destinations when it comes to taking in all of the fall scenery. Not only is Michigan known for the changing of the colors of the trees during the season, but there are some legendary cider mills that people make an effort to travel to.
Growing up in Rochester Hills, Michigan, one of the most popular cider mills to go to is Yates Cider Mill. But that’s just one of many locations that people make sure to stop at this time of the year. The truth is Michigan is hands-down one of the prettiest states no matter what time of the year it is, but there’s something about fall that I think really makes the state pop.
It helps that we have so many different trees that when you go driving through a wooded area, it’s an explosion of fall colors. Those colors really seem to bring out the best in certain towns across the state and I wanted to highlight some of them which are based on personal experience, and what many others believe as well.
Make sure when you’re visiting any of the following cities you bring a camera with you to show your family just how gorgeous these cities are during Fall. But although the trees can make for amazing photos, there's really nothing like seeing the Fall colors in person, so do yourself a favor and take some time to check these locations out.
