We have all heard of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome), now there is PESD (Post Election Stress Syndrome).

Apparently democrats are so depressed since President Trump beat Hillary Clinton that they are running to mental health professionals too discuss their mental issues over the election results.  I am wondering why they never went to mental health professionals before the election.  If you become clinically depressed over a political election there might have been something wrong with you regardless of the election results and perhaps you should have visited with a mental health professional before the election.

Perhaps this was their tipping point.

One 35-year-old San Mateo, California resident who says he is a political moderate who has supported both Democratic and Republican candidates in the past.  Is quoted in a CNN article stating:

It's been crippling, I feel angry, really, really angry, far more angry than I expected to be.

Mental health professionals are reporting a large increase in office visits from former Clinton supporters who are angry, upset, and depressed about the news.

One New York City-based online therapist location service reported that traffic has tripled, yes tripled in the days since the election.

One psychologist is quoted as saying:

In my 28 years in practice, I’ve never seen anything like this level of stress. What we’re seeing now after the inauguration is a huge uptick in anxiety.  “I have people who’ve told me they’re in mourning, that they’ve lost their libido. I have people saying the anxiety is causing them to be so distracted that they’re blowing stop signs or getting into fender benders.

Apparently democrats and liberals are so depressed and angry over Trump’s election, that they are going so far as to take out their depression on family and friends that supported President Trump during the election.

You did not see any uptick in Republicans going to mental health professionals when President Obama was elected did you?  This uptick once again shows you the difference between liberals and republicans.  Liberals seem to be so tied to their emotions that if they do not get their way they have problems dealing with it.  What does that remind you of?  To me it reminds me of dealing with teenagers.  It is my why or the highway, or possibly better stated that if I do not get my way I throw a fit or have huge problems dealing with it.

Even the mental health professionals are saying that they have never seen anything like this in the past.  In fact these mental health professionals are saying that it is an uncommon practice to hear patients bringing up politics when they speak to them.

What does that tell you about some of the people who believe in the left’s ideology?

We as Americans cannot let our emotions determine what policies we are behind when it comes to politics.  We must think through the issues as Americans we are facing and decide via facts, history and results what policies we support and want implemented.  Being emotional about issues outside of love and family can lead us as a nation to support policies that are not in the best interest of the American people.  These emotional based decisions can and will not only harm you individually but can and will harm all Americans
