Known for their pizza and burritos, the Froelich's - well known in Urbandale since 1978 when The Pizza Parlor opened - tried to place the results of their hard work in the hands of new owners.

Now, after the fourth and final attempt failed and the property reverted back to the Froelich's (all four deals were land contracts), they have recently reopened and begun operating the business again. Just like they used to; just like locals remember.
