Wednesday wasn't a very nice day to be outside, so the Binder Park Zoo is doing a do-over on Friday.   Well, more like a  “zoo do-over."     The Senior Safari day will be this Friday, October 18 for guests age 60 and older to enjoy FREE admission to the zoo from 10am-4pm. Senior Safari is part of the FALL into the ZOO extended zoo season open now through October 31.

Zoorific Kids Day is Saturday, October 19 from 10am-4pm where kids and their families can meet team mascots like “PAWS” of the Detroit Tigers, the Rumble Bees’ “BB Sting” and characters from WMU’s Moment of Magic in addition to guest vendors like the AirZoo, Outdoor Adventure and others. There will be giveaways, plus ZooKeeper Chats and Critter Encounters.  Admission is $10 per person and free to zoo members. Zoorific Kids Day is sponsored by Meijer. More details can be found on the zoo website - www.binderparkzoo.org
