Man Dies Following Car Crash

The Battle Creek City Police responded to a personal injury car crash, at 3:20 pm. Thursday afternoon, at Capital Avenue SW and Greentree Blvd.

Upon arrival, officers were able to determine that that the male driver, 40 year old Dung T. Nguyen of Battle Creek, was driving south bound on Capital SW, when he had a medical episode and lost control of his car, striking another vehicle that was on Greentree BLVD attempting to come out onto Capital.

Nguyen was dead at the scene and the other driver was not injured. The accident remains under investigation.
