Man Jailed after Stabbing in Battle Creek

A Battle Creek man is under arrest after a stabbing Saturday.  Battle Creek Police responded to a house on East Goguac at around 5:30 in the afternoon.

A 30-year-old female with stab wounds to her head was found at the scene. The victim was taken to the hospital where doctors say she should recover.

A 62-year-old man was tracked down by investigators and arrested on suspicion of Assault with Intent to Murder.
