Quicken Loans may soon be making some wardrobe changes. An administrative law judge has ruled that Michigan-based Quicken and five other affiliated companies must change rules that restrict what workers can say, how they should dress and what they display at their desk. Judge David Goldman has repeatedly said that many policy rules are “overly broad.” He also said employees should have the right to join a union.
