More money is headed to Flint, in the form of a federal grant. The Associated Press reports that the city will receive more than $970,000, over five years, to provide residents with increased access to health services. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration says the Resiliency in Communities After Stress and Trauma grant will help support youth and families that were exposed to trauma through natural or man-made disasters, or civil disturbances.
