Police say two men could be facing felony charges following a fight in Battle Creek last night.  Officers responded to the scene on East Emmett Street at around 10:30 where they found a 57-year-old man sitting in a truck.  Officers say the man had fought with another man in a nearby house and had been shot at, but not hit afterward.  Police tried to get the 58-year-old suspect in the house to surrender, but he didn’t come out until the Emergency Response Team arrived.  The man was taken to the County Jail pending Assault with Intent charges.  The other man involved could face Felonious Assault charges, according to Police, for hitting the other with a chair.
