It is a Thanksgiving tradition turkey and football.  Once again this year there will be plenty of football to get you through the day.

Thanksgiving will feature 3 NFL games during the day.  First off will be the Detroit Lions hosting the Chicago Bears.

The Bears are currently 4-6 and the Lions are 3-6-1.  The game will be at 12:30 p.m. on Fox.  The Bears beat the Lions in Chicago back on November 10th.

The middle game Thanksgiving will be the Dallas Cowboys hosting the Buffalo Bills.   Dallas leads the NFC East at 6-4 and Buffalo is 7-3 behind the Patriots in the AFC East.

This game should be the game of the day as both teams are trying to stay in the playoff race.  You can check it out on CBS beginning at 4:30 p.m.

The final game of the day is the New Orleans Saints in Atlanta against the Falcons.  The Saints are leading the NFC South at 8-2 and the Falcons are at 3-7.  The Falcons beat the Saints in their other meeting back on November 10th.   The game will air on NBC at 8:20 p.m.    For more on the games you can check out NFL dot com.
