HS Football – Turnovers Cost Tigers in First Home Game (VIDEO)
Week 4 of the High School Football season came to a close with a pivotal contest in the Southern Michigan 8-Man League.
The St. Philip Fighting Tigers finally saw home for the first time in 2018, starting at 3-0 on the year and earning praise in the Associated Press polls with a fourth-spot ranking.
The Colon Magi is seeing success on the field in their first 8-Man season, also at 3-0 on the season with three straight home games. They also sit in the fifth-spot in the five-team 8-Man rankings in the state. Saturday was their first of four road tests.
Also at stake, the top spot in the A Division of the conference in the first year the League has split into two divisions (based on enrollment).
