Krause Spits Ahead For The Win, Again, at Annual Cherry Pit Spit in Eau Clare
Once again, the “Pellet Gun” has reigned supreme at the annual Cherry Pit Spit at the Tree-Mendus Fruit Farm in Eau Clare.
The Associated Press reports that Rick Krause, of Tuba City, Arizona has won a cherry spitting contest for the 16th time. Krause hocked a pit 48 feet, 2 ¼ inches on Saturday. He beat his son Brian Krause by more than a foot at the 43rd annual contest.
