Man Shot In Battle Creek

A Battle Creek man was shot in the knee Wednesday afternoon.

At approximately 3:00 PM, the Battle Creek City Police responded to the 100 Block of S. 23^rd Street, where it appears that there was a disagreement and a physical confrontation, involving multiple people, that led to the shooting.

The man remains in stable condition and as the investigation continues, police are asking that anyone with information to contact Silent Observer.
