Two South Haven men are in jail after their medical marijuana grow was found to be non-compliant.

The Southwest Enforcement team executed a search warrant Tuesday to the grow site after complaints from residents.  At the site, authorities seized over 11 pounds of processed marijuana and 30 plants, more than legally allowed, along with other drugs and evidence of sale of the plant.

Two suspects, Matthew O’Sullivan and Arturo Serratos were arrested and lodged at the Van Buren County Jail.
