A 46 year old East Leroy woman remains free on bond and the trial is delayed for concealing her mother's death after her attorney requested a psychiatrist be present to be questioned about a previous psychological examination which found her competent to stand trial.

The 17-year-old victim from East Leroy had been working Thursday, with his car parked in the 5900 block of Beckley Rd, when his mother contacted him and said someone was using his credit cards.

The 74-year-old from East Leroy was reportedly found dead during a welfare check Thursday evening.

The Calhoun County Sheriff's Office says that they responded to the scene near the intersection of 24th St. and Kirkwood Ave. in the City of Springfield, around 4pm Sunday. A 25-year-old woman from East Leroy was found on the side of the road, unconscious.
