Ministry Designs co-owner Tyler Rominger stated, “While researching other markets, such as Grand Rapids, to move and grow our business, we could not help but notice the uprising of entrepreneurial spirit here in Battle Creek.  This made our decision easy to choose to support the initiatives we see occurring all around Battle Creek.  We are excited to be part of the momentum and change in Battle Creek and are especially thankful for the generous support we have received from the Battle Creek Community Foundation and Battle Creek Unlimited.”

Collab BC is expected to open November 1, 2019, and will be committed to helping entrepreneurs succeed by offering space to learn, work, gather, collaborate, and create.  Access to the secure area will be granted through a membership program.  Memberships will be flexible and designed to meet the needs of the community allowing access to the space on either a daily or monthly basis.  Conference rooms and soundproof studio space will also be available.  In addition, workshops, digital marketing, and other events will be offered in collaboration with community partners such as SecondMuse.

Joe Sobieralski, President & CEO of Battle Creek Unlimited, stated “This is one more critical addition to the downtown Battle Creek revitalization and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.  We’re excited to partner and support visionaries like Tyler and Vincent Rominger to locate in Battle Creek in conjunction with the Battle Creek Community Foundation and developers from Restore269.”
