Even though the number two comes to mind for the Minnesota Twins, it was a three-sided tale for the Detroit Tigers Saturday night.

After taking a 5-0 lead in the first inning, the Tigers let the game slip over the next five innings to trail 11-6. Detroit would climb their way back over the final three innings, capped off by a Justin Upton two-run walk off bomb to earn a 12-11 win.

Upton's homer was his 22nd on the season, part of a three RBI night. James McCann drove in five runs on the night, including a grand slam in the first (11th homer on the year).

The bullpen was put to good use on the night, but the combination of Joe Jimenez and Shane Greene shut the Twins down for the final three innings. Green earned the win in relief to move to 3-2 on the year.

The final game of the three-game weekend series is Sunday afternoon at Comerica Park. Catch the finale at 12:45pm on 95.3 WBCK!
