Art Van of Michigan is calling out charities to raise the most money. According to the Associated Press, the furniture retailer has launched a competition to distribute more than $300,000 in grants for Midwestern nonprofit groups that raise the most money during the campaign. In the Art Van Charity Challenge, around 150 nonprofits focused on children, health care and human services are involved in the competition, through June 22nd. The 10 most successful organizations will receive grants ranging in size from $1500 to $100,000.
