Eviction of Homeless near Road in Battle Creek Delayed

MDOT officials say they have delayed indefinitely a request that several homeless people living next to the penetrator in Battle Creek be evicted.  There has been some resistance on the part of those living in the camp to seek shelter from local charitable groups and officials say the eviction delay will allow more time to find alternatives.
