35th Field of Flight is On!

The 35^th Battle Creek Field of Flight Air Show and Balloon Festival opened Wednesday evening, beginning the five-day event with clear skies and pleasant temperatures. Morning balloon launches are scheduled for each day at various sites around the Battle Creek area. Fireworks will take place Friday evening at dusk. The stretch of Helmer Road that runs along the east side of the WK Kellogg Airport will only allow festival traffic for parking purposes. Detours have also been set up for drivers that will try to get around the area through the weekend.
